Daniel Joseph and Tania were the MOST patient folks working with me! I knew which vehicle I wanted but saw a few that caught my eye and bombarded DJ with multiple options b4 my appt. They had several cars at the O street location for me to test drive but I did purchase the one I went to see originally. I came with my own financing yet they were able to get me a better interest rate with my other credit union bc of all the business they bring to veridian! I went from a 2006 jeep grand Cherokee to a 2024 altima. im very green about the newer cars, DJ and Tania have been very supportive throughout the entire process. This was my first time dealing with Sid Dillon. My initial contact was with Duane on-line and then Nathaniel and Kyle on site. I couldn't be happier, it was outstanding service, start to finish. It's an impressive operation to say the least, when asked I will share with others.

They are delivering my car to me due to having to return a rental. Leslie is the finance manager and she was very professional as well. Andrew in the service department was amazing. My car had an intermittent issue that my extended warranty was balking at repairing, and he spent over two hours on the phone patiently providing them with more pictures, more videos, until they finally approved the repair work. He made sure I had rides to and from the dealership and was just all-around fantastic. I will use them again!
